Shipping Policy
We are committed to providing reliable shipping for your orders. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment center. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a notification email with tracking information to monitor its journey.

The timeframe for your order to arrive depends on the shipping method selected during checkout and your destination. Please note that we are not responsible for delays once the carrier has taken possession of the package. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the selected service.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our goal is to ensure you love what you buy. If you need to return or exchange an item, please initiate your request within the eligible period. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To start a return or exchange, please log into your account on our site and visit the order history section. Follow the instructions to generate a return authorization and shipping label. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please be aware that the time for the credit to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received and processed. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or contact you for an alternative.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for certain product categories for hygiene or safety reasons.
  • Any product that shows signs of use, is damaged, or is missing parts may be subject to a reduced refund or may not be accepted.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please allow for processing time upon receipt of your return before the refund is issued.
